DDiscover the original concept of the African cuisine food truck in Paris. Black Spoon was invented by Fati Niang and is revolutionizing street food. This is the daring bet made by Fati Niang, former key account manager at Suez Environnement. After completing several training courses in entrepreneurship, the young woman launched her own food truck. Since December 19, 2013, Black Spoon has been touring the Ile-de-France department and offering passers-by the best of African cuisine. It is also the first French food truck for this type of gastronomy, to the delight of lovers of foreign cuisine.
We find on the menu all the Senegalese specialties, the country of origin of Fati Niang. To make people discover its wonders, the young woman offers both traditional recipes and groceries so that customers can reproduce these dishes at home. On the menu, you will find classics such as the Tiep Bou Dienn (fish-based), the famous Mafé with peanuts and the very lemony Chicken Yassa. As an accompaniment, you have the choice between rice, plantains, tuna pastelles and donuts. For dessert, it will be waffle, fruit salad or Tiakri when “question drink”, it will be an opportunity to discover the African riches in the matter such as Bissap and Corossol (exotic fruit juices).
