Lthiébou dieune is the most famous dish in Senegal and as its name suggests in Wolof, it is a dish made from rice and fish.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of thiof steaks
- 50 g. dry fish
- 3 African eggplant
- 3 carrots
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 2 onions
- 2 red chili peppers
- 5 c. tomato paste
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 c. tablespoon of peanut oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 glasses of warm water
- salt
- Pepper
- 400 g. rice
