An original fermented drink
Kombucha (or combucha) is a fermented drink. This is the same fermentation principle as beer (made from cereals), or perry (made from fruit).
But, kombucha is made with du tea. And with a strain of particular ferments: the kombucha mushroom. It is this which makes the difference with other fermentation processes. And who gave the drink its name.
