Lire plusChristian Elongué is an edupreneur, CEO, Trainer, Researcher, Blogger and Speaker. He was CEO and founder of Learn to Understand (LtU), which established itself as one of the leading training center in Dschang. He is the founder and CEO of Muna Kalati, the first webzine on African Children and Young Adult Literature, cofounder of the Bilingual Club for National Unity in Cameroon, co-founder of the African Youth Academy (AYA) and CEO of Africa Gawlo, the first edutainment TV program developing the critical thinking and reading skills of student through debating competition.
He is a marketing and communications consultant for many CSO and is a highly approachable coach and trainer, blending humor, applicable stories of best practice and high levels of audience involvement. He has worked in schools, vocational, higher, corporate and adult learning, delivering real projects to real learners. He was a Research Fellow at the National Library of France, a pioneer in the studies on Children Literature in Cameroon and serious gaming development in Ghana. His research interests are in educational technologies (MOOCs, serious games, gamification, social and mobile learning) and cultural policies and women’s rights. He is an author and contributor with international media companies and a regular blogger on Afropolitanism.
He is a mentor for the YALI RLC Accra and with the African Changemaker Fellowship Program, to give contribute in transforming Africa and be part of the people who are making a change.
Elongué is a Fellow of Ashoka Changemaker & American Express Leadership Academy, African Changemaker, YALI RLC (Accra), YaLa Young Leaders in Citizen Journalism and the International Ambassador for Education, Peace & Dialogue of the Cameroon Debate Association. He is an avid lifelong learner with three Master degree in Management of Cultural Industries, Instructional Design and African Studies. He is a serial MOOCer with more than 50 certificates.
