HYesterday, I went for a walk in nature, not far from my home, simply in a park where there are huge and magnificent trees. I took a random path and began to walk slowly, mindfully, observing Nature around me with my senses wide awake.
I felt good, in complete harmony with the natural elements that surrounded me: the air all around me, the sounds of birds chirping and fluttering from tree to tree, the smell of the earth, the leaves, the spectacle of these large trees of different shapes and different colors, in several shades of green, brown...
