An the morning of September 27, 1953, in a small village on the Kerala coast in southern India, into a family of humble fishermen, a little girl was born with a surprisingly dark blue complexion. His parents called him Soudhamani. While babies usually cry at birth, Soudhamani came into the world with a beaming smile, as if to announce the joy she would soon bring to the world.
She was a remarkable little girl who from childhood showed many unusual signs. She started walking at six months old. Devotion to god was an integral part of his nature. Her parents sometimes found her absorbed in a state of deep meditation, totally lost in this world.
