THEubuntu is an ancient African philosophical principle that is based on the fact that we are one human family. We are brothers and sisters. We travel this earth together. When a man does not have enough to eat, then all men suffer from this hunger. When someone is mistreated, we all feel the pain. When a child is in pain, tears roll down all of our cheeks. By recognizing our reciprocal humanity, we thereby recognize the solid bond that unites us, an inviolable bond that binds us to all of humanity.
Westerners, unlike many Africans, are aware of the chaos that reigns in their disused civilization. It's the end of the West, and everyone knows it. Hence the philosophical and spiritual crisis that we can see today.
“Today, taking account of our values which are endangered, more than a return to the cradle of humanity, it is a return to the values of Africa which seems important to me” Daniel Carton, writer and French journalist.
It's quite curious all the same: Westerners value and draw inspiration from African tradition, but Africans denigrate and reject it. This is called “Kozanga komiyeba”, in French ignorance of oneself, more exactly - cultural alienation.
Returning to Bukoko (African tradition) is the sine qua non for a renewal of Katiopa (Africa).
