A priori, you are going to tell me that yoga is practiced for oneself, so it is obvious. And yet, I realized that it was not that obvious. There are so many different types of yogas, some more physical and dynamic, others more meditative.
Being passionate about personal development and the quest for who I am, yoga and meditation allow me to learn more about myself, when I practice in full consciousness, that is to say by being fully in the present moment, being well aware of my breath and the sensations of my body. Yoga practiced from this perspective is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual development. Because, it allows a reconnection with oneself, in a society where there are more and more people suffering from stress and anxiety.
Isn't this a sign that you have to slow down and get away from the outside world that is sucking you into its spiral, in order to come back to your body and your inner world that you know so little about?
When you go beyond your limits, the body expresses itself and it hurts. He just wants to be listened to.
How to do this ?
By reconnecting with him, by becoming aware of each part of his body and his sensations by performing slow movements, by rediscovering his own breathing, by calming the agitated mind, to finally, thanks to meditation, come to see our essence , our true self, free from all external constraints.
This is what I propose to share with you. Rediscover your body by first practicing simple postures preparing the transition from the outside world to the inside world, from mobility to immobility. Yoga nidra allows deep relaxation and easy access to meditation, because it is practiced in a lying position.
