How to prepare a garba?

- 1 slice of fresh tuna 300 g
- 1 ball of attieké
- 1 small onion
- 1 African pepper
- 1 small maggi cube
- oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- 1 large handful of flour
Instructions
Chop the chilli and set aside. If you are not used to fresh chilli, watch out for African chilli: it burns. Minceonion and book.
Coarsely crumble the attieké in a steamer basket to rehydrate it. It is prepared like couscous (personally, I cook the attieké for five minutes in a pressure cooker).
